"Saved by an angel" lecture was truly an inspiring event. The emotions were palpable as Leon Leyson shared his personal story. As the youngest survivor on schindlers list, Leon shared what life was like as a child living through unimaginable evil. He described Mr. Schindler as a true hero, "an ordinary man who did the best of things in the worst of times." Leon taught us to go out of our way to do even small acts of goodness and kindness and to never underestimate their power.
Delicious refreshments were served and all 170 people in attendance truly enjoyed the evening.
