Jewish communities study a Torah portion each week of the year. The full name, Hebrew: פָּרָשַׁת הַשָּׁבוּעַ Parashat ha-Shavua, is popularly abbreviated to parasha. This class will be the same style as our weekly Torah discussions that we had when we would meet on Shabbat. (No prior knowledge necessary.)
