Born in the Bronx, Mike began his stand-up comedy career at the famous Improvisation in New York.
He has performed throughout the country as both a headliner and opening act for such performers as Connie Stevens, The Four Tops and The Temptations.
His many TV appearances include "The Dean Martin Show", "The Merv Griffin Show" and "The Tonight Show."
His screenwriting credits (and his writing partner, Rick Podell) include a number of TV movies and the highly acclaimed theatrical feature "Nothing in Common" starring Tom Hanks and Jackie Gleason.
