Dear Friends,

It is my hope that you will find a way to your closest Synagogue during the holiday of Passover, especially for its final day. Sunday, April 20h, for the recital of the Yizkor Memorial Prayer.

If for whatever reason, you will not be attending services that day in-person, I am offering to serve as your proxy and representative in offering the Yizkor prayer for your loved ones in our Shul on your behalf.

With Sefer Torah in hand, I will pronounce the name of each departed loved one you ask me to remember for you. In concert thereof, I would encourage you to utilize the morning hours of the final day of Passover as a time to reflect deeply upon the memories, teachings and legacies of those whose names I will be invoking on your behalf. 

Please use the form below to provide me with the names (Hebrew, if known) of your loved ones, as well as their father’s and mother’s names. In mentioning them during Yizkor, I will pray to be a worthy messenger for those who will have entrusted me with this awesome task.

May the souls of our righteous loved ones achieve an aliya (ascendancy) in the heavens above.
