The Passover Experience Matzah Factory was a total blast! The festival of Passover come alive through the interactive, hands-on learning experience. First we traveled back through time for a child-friendly re-enactment of the key historical events of the exodus. Next, we received a quick lesson on the traditional principles behind Matzah-making. And finally, we all baked our own Matzah - for a real taste of Passover. Afterwards, all children got their very own Shmurah Matzah, hand baked in Israel.
